My Story

A BIT ABOUT THE ARTIST

I am an artist, husband, dog-dad, teacher, traveler, and learner. I am very interested in investigating the play between surface and form. Pulling inspiration from the landscape of coastal Maine, our travels, brushstrokes, mark-making, and ideas related to tattooing - I have focused on creating both functional and sculptural work. My original and small batch ceramics are made with stoneware clays and fired with underglazes and glazes. My hope is that you use my work as part of your everyday life.
